These terms apply to every Martial Nerds account and every course purchase. By creating an account or completing a payment, you agree to them.

1. Your account is personal

Your account is for your use only. You may not share your login details, sell, transfer, or let anyone else use your account.

Martial Nerds may suspend or close an account that is shared or accessed by other people, without a refund.

2. Course content

Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable license to watch it on Martial Nerds. You do not own the content.

You may not download, record, copy, re-upload, publish, share, sell, or distribute any course videos, notes, or other materials, in whole or in part.

Breaking this rule ends your access to the affected courses without a refund. Martial Nerds may also take legal action.

3. Payments

Prices are shown and charged in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Our payment provider, XPay, processes payments on its secure page.

Your course access starts after the payment is confirmed.

4. No refunds

All sales are final. Martial Nerds does not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any course purchase, whether or not you have watched the content.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you pay applies to that purchase.
